CANCELATIONS

• Cancellations must be notified in writing through any of our contact channels.
• Any cancellation notified 30 days before the arrival date, incurs an administrative fee of 30% of the commercial value of the Tour.
• Cancelations between 29 – 15 days before arrival date, incurs an administrative fee of 45% of the commercial value of the Tour.
• Cancelations 14 days and under before the arrival date won’t apply for reimbursement.

TOURS

• The itinerary of the excursions, as well as the day of their occurrence, may be subject to changes if logistics or weather conditions require itFinal del formulario.
  
  

The hotels in the tour may be replaced by others of similar category if their occupancy demands it.
